Contour Software

Contour Software, a PSEB, PASHA, KCCI & LCCI member, was founded in Karachi in 2010.

While groundwork for its inception started as early as 2008 in Toronto, with pilot projects performed by the parent company over an 18 month period in order to prove the concept, Constellation’s acquisition of a UK-based PLC culminated in the launch of Contour.

While the UK acquisition had had a small team in Karachi since 2007, Contour’s birth resulted in a rapid expansion to various other divisions' needs. What started with a dozen employees in Karachi, has grown to a 650 employee organization in less than 10 years, with offices in Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad.

Constellation Software Inc. was formed in 1995, and became publicly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2006. Constellation is a rapidly growing conglomerate of vertical market software (VMS) companies; each focused upon dominating its respective market niche. Constellation’s growth is based on a simple strategy: identify promising VMS firms; acquire them; and then integrate them into the Constellation family while building on their fundamental strengths to help them become world class organizations.
